Just another weblog

mad-calvinI have been poisoned. I am still getting over the effects. Bitterness is one of the most difficult things to fight. Especially when it comes from someone who is supposed to support you. Strangely enough bitterness is a poison you may not want a cure for. It is decieving, when you buy into it. If you allow it, you can find yourself wanting to feed it, nurture it, all the while it continues to spread its poison. The problem lies in the fact that the only person you are hurting is you. It effects your whole being.

Hebrews 12:15 (NLT)
15 Look after each other so that none of you fails to receive the grace of God. Watch out that no poisonous root of bitterness grows up to trouble you, corrupting many.

What do you do do to deal with bitterness?
